What do we do in robotics?

In robotics we participate in a multitude of different activities including VEX Robotics, VEX IQ Robotics, First Robotics, Arduino programming, and Quadcopter. We are currently involved in competitions for VEX and First Robotics (FRC) and we are helping the elementary schools with VEX IQ. The robotics club is open to every high school student whether they want to join or just check things out. We also recently acquired a 3D Printer and are learning how to use it.

What is gracious professionalism?

Gracious professionalism is the heart and soul of every FIRST team. Originally coined by Dr. Woodie Flowers, gracious professionalism is all about doing high-quality work, emphasizing the value of others, and respecting individuals and the community. Gracious professionals are competitive, but treat their team mates and opponents with respect. 

What is coopertition?

At a glance, coopertition is displaying kindness and respect during a tough competition. Coopertition is based on the concept that teams should help and cooperate with each other while they compete. Coopertition involves learning from and helping team-mates.
